Will Blaze

Will is a repeat founder and talent acquisition leader with over 15 years of experience scaling high-growth tech companies. Joining Peloton as one of its first 150 employees, he spent six years spearheading technical recruiting through the company's IPO—successfully hiring over 1,500 global employees across engineering, hardware, product, design, and enterprise IT.

His technical background includes directing three sourcing teams at Meta, dedicated to acquiring senior AI and ML engineers for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Reality Labs.

Earlier in his career, Will led technical recruiting for e-commerce pioneer Birchbox, and spent over five years in staffing driving aggressive scale for market leaders like Tesla, SpaceX, Fanatics, and CAA.

Having managed global recruiting orgs of up to 40 people, Will experienced the glaring market gap for a highly capable, tech-enabled embedded partner. He founded Blaze Talent in 2022 to build the exact RPO solution he wished he had as an internal TA leader, partnering exclusively with mission-driven companies.

A native New Yorker, Will splits his time between Manhattan clients and his home in Atlantic Highlands, NJ, with his wife, two kids, and Aussie-Doodle. He firmly believes NYC's best pizza is at Denino's in Greenwich Village, and is always ready to share more fun facts over a discovery call or in person at variety coffee.
